Some garments I create by cutting out a rectangle and use only darts to add shape like the skirt bellow. By doing this there are no fabric offcuts and absolutely zero waste. This can be a great way to design sustainably however it is not always possible for every garment.

For designs that do not use this method of creation, I make Remnant bags which utilise awkwardly shaped offcuts and the smallest of scraps with handles padded with fabric sprinkles, allowing Luci to be a zero waste label.
