CHF10 flat rate tracked within Switzerland. 1-3 business days within Zurich. Up to 7 business days outside Zurich.

Free local pick up is available in 8004 Zurich.

Returns
As all garments are made to order, sales are final and unfortunately returns for change of mind cannot be offered. Please see the garment sizing on product pages and double check your measurements to ensure you order the correct size. If you need assistance with measurements and sizing please don’t hesitate to ask.

Faulty Garments
Great care is taken in making sure each garment is made as perfectly as possible. If however, your garment is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (not the result of normal wear and tear) a shipping label will be provided to return the item for complimentary repairs.

Please ensure:

- Original label/swing tags have not been removed.

- Email hello@lucilala.com within 3 days of your order arriving with photos of any issues.

- The garment is unworn.
